Event

We gather together to consider what the seasons tell us about our connections to nature, by contemplating seeds, seedlings, mature plants and trees through poetry and our five senses plus any extras you happen to be blessed with!

What to expect

Two hour online group writing session (Zoom) with writing prompts surrounding seeds, the crown of your nature, discovering and uncovering growth that signals change and shifts of season, and the natural cycles of everything. We write to become more aware and active in our responsibility to give back to the Earth.

q&A before I commit…

Q: Do I need any experience writing poetry? A. No. The most valuable skills to bring are reflection and close observation of detail. The best quality to bring is a love of nature. Q: What will be provided? A: Writing prompts, photographs on a shared screen, three timed writing sessions with group discussions, and an opportunity to share work.
